$800 total

$400 deposit to start. The remaining $400 is due after you approve the finished preview in writing, before launch or handoff.

Need more than a restyle? More pages, help writing your copy, galleries of your work or custom features are quoted for the work involved, from $2,000.

Agreed work completed within 10 business days.

For an agreed Starter restyle, from your confirmed start once materials, access and any deposit are ready. Both scheduled reviews, agreed changes and testing are included in the ten-day window when your inputs and feedback arrive on time.

We confirm a feasible start, review dates and the business-day calendar before you commit. If inputs arrive late, we confirm revised dates; our own delay does not shorten your review time. Launch or handoff follows your separate approval and any required payment. Larger projects use their agreed schedule.

Anything beyond the agreed scope, such as extra pages, a platform move or new features, is quoted before any work starts. A simple link or supported embed can fit a restyle. Domains, business email and paid tools are separate unless your quote includes them.

What do you need from me?

Your business information, services, photos and any existing brand files, plus access to the site and tools we’re working with. You check the facts and give feedback at our agreed reviews.

For a restyle, we organize and lightly edit the content you provide. Help with writing, new photos or a move from another platform can be added to your quote.

Can I keep my current booking system?

We can keep an existing booking link when it fits the agreed scope. We check the actual tool before promising an embed or integration and agree on any added cost before work starts.

How do payments and approvals work?

The agreed $800 restyle is paid in two parts: a $400 deposit before work starts, and $400 after you approve the finished preview in writing, before launch or handoff. Larger projects use their agreed quote.

If you cancel before approving the first working version and authorizing us to finish, we refund the deposit in full. Silence does not count as approval. Your agreement explains cancellation terms after both approvals.

After you approve the finished site and pay the balance, we check payment and ask for your separate permission to launch. Extra work needs a new agreed quote. If we underestimate the agreed work, you do not get a surprise charge.

Included reviews and any other cancellation or correction terms are agreed before payment.

What if I want to move hosting later?

One standard hosting handoff is included, with its scope agreed before we start. If you have a separately agreed Workworthy hosting service, its terms govern the move. After a completed move away, we do not take that same site back into managed hosting.

If you have separate Care and hosting agreements, ending Care alone does not end hosting. Hosting continues under its own agreed price and scope. This does not confirm availability of a new managed-hosting or Care service.

Can you add an AI assistant?

An assistant could help visitors find services and answer common questions using business information you approve, with a clear way to reach you when it can’t help.

It is a possible, separately quoted addition. We first agree on its questions, tools, costs and a way to reach a person. It is not included in the starting prices.
